I went in on October 2021 to do a hold on my account. I went in again in December and they said they would fix the hold and move it to February. I am now receiving a letter that my account is going to go in to collections if I do not pay. I have been trying to get this fixed since February 2022 and have got nothing but the run around. If you want to avoid this situation happening to you I suggest you keep all your documents from fitness 19 because they do not help. I called again today to ask where they are at with helping me and every single time I call they just take down my name, number, and tell me they are going to call me back but NEVER do. No one should go through this situation. This gym has been nothing but problems to me. All I want is to resolve the issue but they do not even want to help me.

It’s a pretty small gym, but it’s got all the equipment you need to have a great workout. They keep the place really clean and for $15 per month, it’s worth it.

Its a good gym with a good amount of equipment with tanning beds as well. Only thing is they don't offer classes and they closed down there childcare recently which is why I started going there to begin with. I still enjoy my workouts though
