Came here for my phone awhile ago and my experience still haunts me. (Btw they dont work on phones.) What I discovered was poor customer service and a man that could care less about any form of life other than him self. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.... this man is a scam artist at the least. Read all the reviews on Yelp and Google before considering giving this man your hard earned cash. All of his responses to every bad review involves some sort of slander, and tries to blame his awful business tactics on everyone else in one way or another. Is it that hard for this man to claim ownership? Like people wont notice how he treats customers??? He has a negative attitude and doesnt appreciate you as a customer. I also suspect that he is running some sketchy business out of his shop. This review is my way of standing up for the people! Best buy is 3 min down the road, I know they're kinda expensive and not very helpful but there are way better places you can take your electronics. He seems to break more computers than he can fix. I also copy and paste my review in case it gets deleted her on google.
