I’ve wanted to give their brunch menu a try for the longest time, and I didn’t know what I was missing out on. Wow! Hands down one of the best places in the area to eat. Everything was delicious, especially the eggs Benedict. Can’t wait to go back again.

I hate it when everyone gives 5 stars for a location they enjoyed. It makes it hard to tell the exceptional locations from those that people simply really enjoyed. That is the Clinton Inn, a place I really enjoyed. The staff was warm and friendly, the food and coffee in the cafe were a little on the pricey side but I would still go back again and pay the same prices. Also, the historic charm is palpable and hard to dismiss. If you are looking for one of those enjoyable stops on the road of life on the path less traveled, then I highly recommend the Clinton Inn. Paris, it is not, but a if you are looking for a small slice of the good life and an experience you will remember, take the Clinton Inn up on it's offerings. Stay a night, or two and stop by for a drink or a bite. You won't be disappointed.

3.5 stars, rounded up to 4 because of good service: We were greeted warmly by the staff, and received excellent service from a team of three servers. The fruit salad was cut fresh and was very tasty. I'd like to offer a few suggestions as a customer, and former maître d' to make a good restaurant even better. First, the skillet breakfasts were made fresh, which was appreciated. There were far too many potatoes in both the brisket and vegetable skillets. In particular when one is preparing a vegetarian omelet or skillet, it is important to have less potatoes and many more vegetables. The vegetables in the skillet were fresh, but scant. Second, I recommend using another cheese (American, Swiss, Cheddar, or Havarti). In my view, Feta cheese does not go as well (unless one is ordering a Greek skillet or omelet). Third, the staff did turn the music down when requested, which was appreciated. Please keep the music at a lower volume so that diners can hear each others easily. You have such a nice, warm atmosphere that encourages good conversations. A lot of restaurant owners don't realize business can be lost by having music that is too loud (unless they are going to a bar or nightclub where loud music is expectable). Fourth, please don't put fruit that requires peeling in a fruit salad/fruit cup. As with any suggestions, I hope the management will take what is helpful in this review, and leave the rest.

Went for brunch. Definitely the worst we have ever had. Ordered the brisket skillet. Which came with microwave reheated meat. Also ordered well done bacon, scrambled eggs and potatoes. Which the bacon came barely cooked and the eggs and potatoes were cold. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating here. Loved it when the had a brunch bar. New owners messed a good thing up.
