We are very pleased with our new roof! The crew was able to complete our roof in one day and cleaned up afterwards very well. There was a slight delay in getting started as they had to wait for the shingles to arrive but with availability issues that wasn’t really surprising. When they found out about the delay the office staff gave me an estimate of shingle arrival and they started my roof the day after the shingles arrived.

Great company to work with and great workers that replaced my roof. I will use them again!

Horrible company. Stole our money and did not put a metal roof on according to code. We had to have their roof removed and a new company put the roof on correctly. It looks like the metal was cut with a can opener. Ed Willard and Shane Smalley are CROOKS.

Tile roofs cost more, however, they last longer. Shingles offer a quicker installation. Both are great options and will protect your home. Overall, it is your opinion.

Most new roof systems are designed to provide useful service for about 20 years. Some roof system types, such as slate, clay tile and certain metal (e.g., copper) systems, can last longer.
Not necessarily. Leaks can result from flashings that have come loose or a section of the roof system being damaged. A complete roof system failure, however, generally is irreversible and a result of improper installation or choice of materials. The roof system installation may also be inappropriate for the home or building.
All too often, roof system problems are discovered after leaking or another serious damage occurs. Periodic (twice-a-year) inspections often can uncover cracked, warped or missing shingles, loose seams and deteriorated flashings, excessive surface granules accumulating in the gutters or downspouts, and other visible signs of roof system problems. Indoors, look for cracked paint, discolored plasterboard, and peeling wallpaper as signs of damaged roof areas.
Costs vary greatly depending on the pitch of your roof, the type of shingles you have, what condition the roof is in, and how many layers of shingles you have. The best way to find out the cost is to have a quote done.
While a lot of people think that a leaking roof needs to be replaced, this may not be the case unless the roof is old. Missing, cracked, broken, and curling shingles can be repaired and replaced to stop a leak, while older roofs or roofs with multiple leaks or widespread issues should be replaced.
