Have always had great experiences with UPS until recently. Driver has been rude to me and others on multiple occasions. First I was told by him that they would not be delivering anymore packages to my house because of some trees hanging too close to the driveway. Neighbour and I had trees trimmed. The next time we were told that there were more that needed to be trimmed between my house and the neighbour’s house (which is two houses before mine on the driveway). Both times he was rude about it and when we asked if he could just park at the neighbour’s house for now and walk the last 200 more feet to ours, he said no and that is not his job. So even once the trees are trimmed, how will he know? He won’t. He just continues to refuse delivery since then, and the UPS tracking just says that customer requested to pick up, which is not true. Now I have to drive over 30 minutes to retrieve my packages. They didn’t leave any sort of slip or anything at my house so the only way I even knew what to do was by checking the tracking. Spoke to someone at the Customer Center about it, but they were busy with a long line and so I didn’t want to hold up the line. Tried calling the 800 number, almost impossible to speak to a human and got transferred multiple times and they said something about the MyChoice settings were set to pick up only, which I never told it to do either. They didn’t seem to even understand or comprehend the issue. Will not be having anything else shipped to me by UPS, and the driver who does Pleasant Grove/Inverness Highlands South has no business being in customer service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN UPS SERVICE. I ORDERED A URN FOR MY GRANDSONS ASHES. IT SHOWED IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT IT WASN'T. I WAS HOME ALL DAY WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY AND NO PACKAGE. IT'S ASHAMED THAT YOU CAN'T TRUST THE UPS DELIVERY SYSTEM. AND THEY DON'T CARE RATHER YOU GET YOUR PACKAGE OR NOT, AS LONG AS THEY STILL GET PAID. AND YOU LOOSE OUT ON YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. WHAT A SHAME THEY HAVE A POOR RUN BUSINESS. I WILL DEFINITELY SPREAD THE NEWS.

Can not deliver to actual address always info sticket and then to Access Point. I pay for shipping to my address not somewhere else!

That is why they sent you 2 shipping labels. Make sure to buy extra strong shipping tape. You will need to wrap the 2 tires into one bundle yourself. UPS does not do this for you. Wrap in at least 3 or 4 bands around the set of 2 tires. You then place each shipping label on each set of tires.
