This isnt a review of their work. I encountered one of their drivers on the road, rt41 heading south in Osprey. The driver was so amazingly discourteous to every other driver, tailgating, cutting people off, weaving. I saw him almost cause two accidents in a short amount of time. Im not a stickler for perfect driving, not everyone drives perfectly. So for me to take the time to write this screams how outrageous this drivers behavior was. I noticed in another review the owner responded by saying they were a Christ centered company. That driver was certainly not backing up the owners statement. I will not support this business. edit: the response suggests a denial. The day before my review posted the driver was heading south on 41 between Bay St and Blackburn at approx 3:50pm. He was tailgating ridiculously close to other cars, he was cutting off other vehicles as he weaved through. I saw him almost cause two accidents. You may be putting too much confidence in your GPS software. It seems to me that instead of getting defensive you may want to speak with your employees. I understand getting help these days is difficult, but if that driver causes an accident I imagine that will affect your insurance rates. If he kills someone, well, I don't know exactly what your liability would be, but probably not good situations.

We do duct work and also duct sanitation. Call us for more information. Daniel is correct that typically we respond to a customer requests for this work when the customer perceives a potential need, rather than risk the customer thinking we are trying to sell add on work, if they don't see a problem.
Your condo uses a common drain to service A/C in several units. These are always problematic and we cannot properly service these drains, nor take responsibility for potential blockages with other units. We did not charge you anything. I hope a plumber was able to resolve your issue. If not, you should take this up with your HOA.
Our rates are competitive and we provide 24/7 emergency service at no additional charge. We have an almost 40 year reputation for honesty and fairness. Most of our customers have been with us for years or decades. Don't base a decision on HVAC service on a low service call quote. Trust me, those companies have the same costs as us, and they will find a way to make it up.
