The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in and completely minded my business to purchase a (squishmallow) stuffed animal for my brother as a christmas gift. There were many people in the small store which the workers did nothing to control it, you could’ve at least had a certain amount of people entering the store. This location is tight and small. As I was waiting for checkout the workers stood around the registers and did not guide anyone where to go to, so as soon as I asked what register is open, one of them replied, “Well I guess here!” in a horrible tone of voice. She then slammed my gift into the bag and passive aggressively told me to “Have a good day”. Their attitude is not it and they should not treat their customers this way. This has happened multiple times to other people I know and nothing has been done to stop it.

Horrible! Called the store. Someone named Lu answered. I was calling to check if they had a specific item in the store. "Sorry, can't help you. There's a line out the door." I'm a customer too! The other hallmark stores in the area I've called that day have helped me even if they were busy and those same stores, I placed a phone order and had them ship to me. Horrible customer service! Your money would be better spent elsewhere!
