We have a bussiness near the bank, few times when we run out of change we go to the bank to change some money but today we went and the teller told us we need to have an account with them in order to get change. It was just $100 but they say no. I have gone other times and I NEVER had this problem before neither this bank nor others. I was planning to open an account with them but after this no thank you.

BIG change from Wachovia! In and out fast for most transactions, can have a money order taken directly out of your account (they type everything in for you and since it's linked to your account, don't have to worry about paying a fee to see if it was cashed/deposited), everyone usually has a smile and I've always been greeted verbally when walking in! 5* all the way! They will even help you with nearly anything you may possibly need!
