Attempted the spot free rinse...just a trickle of water followed by a chemical so had to purchase another cycle just to rinse!

Wash it yourself. We waited 25 mins in line which is approximately 5 mins per car in front of us. Nothing Rocket about that. When we finally got to the kiosk, the digital display was impossible to read. I ordered what should have been a regular wash. No receipt. Entering washing station, the indicator arrows malfunctioned flashing forward, backward, and X making it impossible to know where to stop. The washing wand rammed the side of our car on the first pass. The indicator gave no instructions and continued to show X at that point. We backed up slightly because.. you know.. common sense. After one pass of soap free, crystal clear, mountain spring water, it retracted, and the blower/dryer turned on. And the green arrow told us to leave. We honestly got more water from the back spray from the car ahead of us while we were waiting.

The place is always clean and everything works properly, unlike some of the other car washes whose vacuums barely suck up anything. I live in Burlington, but I travel to Mebane for this car wash.

Self service car wash that has all the basics plus an automatic car wash option. I think the price is reasonable and all the option on the dial for washing your car seem to work well. The vacuum suction is only fair. I like the fact that you can use your credit card.
