1) I’ve never had my voice mocked during confession. I’m sorry if you’re hard of hearing, but that’s no excuse to laugh and make fun of how I sound. I don’t have a speech impediment - restaurant servers, for example, clearly understand me. 2) Canon law requires the option for confession to be heard anonymously, with a screen between the priest and penitent. (964.2) So why doesn’t this parish offer this option for confession, if the church says it is a requirement?

Amazing church! People are nice, the young adult group is really fun, and the mass is always very quiet and peaceful. Definitely one of my favorite Catholic Churches I’ve been to and attend.

No mass in Spanish on Sunday there. Look at Immaculate Conception at 1:30 pm on Sundays.
Holy Infant in South Durham offers Stephen Ministry, which is 1:1 lay crisis counseling (including grief). Men are paired with a male Stephen Minister & women with a female SM. Please contact our Pastoral Associate in the parish office for more information about this ministry. God bless.
Thank you for your question Anne. The music during Liturgy is usually consistent between the 5:30 pm (vigil), 8:30 am and 11 am Masses. That being said we do have a rotation between the Adult Choir and the Youth Choir. Thank you for worshiping with us!
