Lisa is a very rude person. My friend has a mental disability and had a hard time understanding something she was saying, she was very rude to her. And ever since then she won’t answer her phone calls, and when she called from my number she answered and my friend said who she was and she hung up on her. I was thinking it was discrimination against someone with a mental/learning disability but after reading these reviews turns out she is rude to almost everyone. Not sure why she stays employed with such terrible customer service.

I have to laugh at the negative comments here. Clearly they were not responsible renters as I've had nothing, but good things come from Lisa and the storage. She didn't have me sign a contract and I've had a nice sized unit for over 2 yrs. I couldn't be happier. Lisa takes time to talk with the renters as long as they are polite.
