Best Buy has changed drastically in recent years. Years ago when I tried to buy something Associates would take care of all the younger people, especially males and totally ignore me. I avoided the place for years until this summer when my computer got hacked and I didn't want to spend hours on the phone getting help from one of the remote members of my family. I bought a tech support contract with Geek Squad, and not only did they fix my computer, I got less pressing issues with my phone, my tablet and and a second computer with printer problems also resolved. The young men helping me were very respectful and really sweet. I have recommended to all my friends at the Senior Center to get a contract with the Geek Squad and end the stress of having to wait for help from a grandson! We pay big bucks for plumbers, why hesitate to pay for help with digital device issues?

Place is a rip off told old computer was broken got new one and they said they would transfer info from old to new computer. They messed up the computer and now we have to take it to another repair shop. They charged over 200$ for garbage service.

I'd say to try calling samsung to c if they can help. If it's new enough it might b covered under the warranty.
They can, I paid for their coverage and brought in a device I purchased elsewhere, which they fixed.
