I had a bad experience. Esmeralda contacted me with a job opportunity and told me I would be great for the position. After asking my references to take time out of their day to fill out a form for them and then I had to record some silly introduction video she stopped contacting me. I emailed her for an update and she told me she would get back to me once she heard something, and I have yet to speak with her again weeks later. It's fine, I found an even better job opportunity elsewhere, I'm just upset that my time was wasted here. I won't recommend any of my colleagues to this place.

We are not..we are a professional staffing agency. Shalita thank you for responding as well. Best of luck on your search. Please feel free to visit our site at https://www.frontlinesourcegroup.com Under Candidates, select "How to Apply". It is super simple and everything is done online in the beginning to respect your time. Again, best of luck.
Jason - We place office professionals in Accounting, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Oil and Gas positions. Placement of individuals that meet the job requirements for office professional positions usually requires a background search which is then reviewed based on the individual's prior issue that they may have had. We look at each situation on an individual basis. I hope this helps and best of luck!
Meredith - Seems like a simple question to answer but it is not. The best way to answer that question is to remember that we place Attorney's, Accountants, Software Developers, Human Resource and Administrative professionals. Our clients really determine the answer to that question and it always depends on the situation and relevance to the position. As a company, we just want to put people back to work but we do not make the call when it comes to someone with a blemish in their background. All we can say is always be honest when asked because we do run background checks on everyone. I hope this helps you out and best of luck on your job search.
