After standing in line for over 20 minutes due to the fact that they had only a single cashier working. I handed the cashier the sheet of paper which was a place holder for the actual item. Meaning they would have to get the it out of a locked area. The shelf that I chose this place marker off of had over 5 of these place parkers. When it was finally my turn to be helped, all the employed said was that "they were out of stock". I asked why they would have the sheets on the shelf for an item they don't have in stocks and I got a rude "I don't know". I will never come back to this best buy again! This is bad business!!

The customer support is probably good if you have an account and purchase lots of electronics and need service, but I did not have good experience. Called simply to ask a question about getting a type-write fixed, yes. I was transferred three times, each new person asking me if I had an account and if I wanted to create one, then when I was finally about to speak with a tech, the call was dropped.

I have always like getting my electronics at Best Buy, and I love their electronics recycling feature. I recently purchased a TV, sound bar, and TV cabinet. The TV and sound bar arrived as promised, but the cabinet turned into a fiasco. This was an 'open box' item that was in stock in the store 3 miles from my home. They said delivery was free in 3 days, and it was kind of heavy and large, so I decided to go with delivery. On the first attempt the delivery window came and went with no calls or emails from them. I called and was told it wouldn't be delivered that day. They rescheduled for a WEEK later. The next week the same thing happened. No calls, no notifications, and then they said it would be another week. This is on an item that had been IN STOCK IN THE STORE. Both weeks I made sure someone would be home during the 6 HOUR delivery block they gave me. There was no attempt to make this right. I cancelled the order, and I'm very displeased with the service and the lack of response from Best Buy other than "you'll just have to wait another week". Totally unacceptable customer service.

Generally speaking, it's a fine store. I've always had good experiences with all the staff, and bought my current laptop from there last year, which I'm quite happy with. I find their selection of Samsung phone accessories pretty lacking, though.

Thats unfortunately an everyday thing at this locatiom, either that or they put you on hold and hang up on you.
Unfortunately, we can not due to not having the license to do hardware fixes. With the geek squad protection though, we can get it replaced for you and help you with the steps of not losing your save files. In this case, our manufacturer warranty should help you here. Give Microsoft a call and through your consoles serial number, they can see if they can do repairs for you directly.
It mostly depends on the problem but if you take your computer to the geek squad desk and tell them what your problem is they should be able to help
Check for "Smart TVs" in the website search engine. It should show you categories by size after that. Almost all smart TVs can be wall mounted. The mount is purchased separately, however, and they come in several different types. You will need to decide whether you want it fixed flat to the wall, able to tilt, or able to come away from the wall at various angles.

Look for a frame that has an internal battery. Most frames will run on AC power, but there are a few that can run on their own battery or possibly a 5v USB source.

I can never get through to the store on Ken Pratt in Longmont, CO either. I was told that after it rings so many times someone at a call center will answer. I was also told it is because they are short handed, you know, nobody wants to work.
