This was my first time. I got stir fry, & I didn’t like it. But to be fair, I also feel like certain foods aren’t good in a stir fry. So that could’ve been it. Maybe the organic salads and bowls are good? My order also wasn’t ready, when I got there. So I had to wait & I was late to work. I was offered a free cup of water for the inconvenience.

I rarely go out of my way to pick up a meal from anywhere, but I did today because Organico has me hooked. Such delicious high quality food, great customer service as well. I’m so sad I’m moving to Calabasas because I won’t be able to eat here so easily anymore. I hope they expand and get more restaurants, they would be the world’s favorite.

Came to pick up an order, and ended up waiting 20 mins on something that had been ordered 30 mins prior. They had a line of people waiting to put o up and two dine-in’s. They need tow work on their expediting process!

Thank you so much for a great delivery. I’ve seen the store around a few times and was hesitant to try it because I literally only go to like three places for food and I was quite impressed with the quality and the ability to follow instructions. I definitely will be ordering from here in the near future

Thanks for the question. We supply and enforce the use of PPE including masks all the time for all employees and gloves where appropriate. We have multiple sanitizer stations in the front area and kitchen. We enforce mask wearing for all customers/drivers as well as our own team. We have signs on each door asking everyone to be masked. We have our stools for anyone waiting at 6 ft apart. We have blue floor markers set 6 feet apart in front of the cash register. We have a partition in between cashier and customer when order taking. We have also provided a set of rules (mostly from the CDC) that we trained our team on. We also display all required documents provided from the local health department. We are of course adapting and adjusting as needed like everyone else so if you have any suggestions or concerns, please let us know. Thanks again for the question. Thanks for the question Daphne! Our utensils are 100% compostable / biodegradable made out of corn. And the napkins are made from all recycled paper. We could do a better job advertising that :) We put them with every order because we were having many instances of customers not specifying "add utensils" in the apps - then they get upset when utensils didn't show up. So its safer for us to just add them to every order so we know that at least nobody will go without that wants them. And we pay extra to make sure they are biodegradable :) So unless the customer explicitly writes "please no utensils" in the notes, the team is trained to add them. Hope this helps clarify.
