I love sending my large format supply business to GSG, this rating has nothing do to with their ability to supply my company, this has to do with Equipment SERVICE...I have had a problem with my Epson F2100 and I have called, and called, left messages, called sales, sent emails and for month's nobody has bothered to call me back, so if that is the kind of equipment support I can expect from GSG, then I will NEVER EVER purchase or even let them quote to me wide format printers, embroidery machines, screen print or DTG, if this is any indication of the support they provide.

I called in this morning since their website was down. From the moment the phone call started the customer service rep seemed annoyed that I was even calling. At one point he gave me a price which I questioned it for being so high So he gave me push-back and asked me for part # I told him I didn't know the part # and why was he giving me a hard time, and the laughing started. Belittling your customer by laughing at them is a very serious personnel problem that should be addressed. It leaves no desire for the customer to ever go back to a place where he felt mocked and ridiculed.
