I bought a used fiberglass bed cover for my truck. Long story short I didn't know the make or model to replace the worn out cover struts. Not only did Ryan Moore know what make of the cover it was, he pretty much knew the weight handling ability necessary of the struts I needed and the longer length whereas the replacements I had already wasted money on were way to short and had way too much pressure making it very difficult to access the inside my bed without opening the tailgate and closing it was extremely difficult. I ended up disconnecting one strut to make it manageable. He had the correct struts in stock at a great price and he even went out and installed them. They're not difficult to install by any means, but that's still great customer service to just go out and do it without even asking me if I wanted him to. Thank you Ryan Moore, you are greatly appreciated sir, and DFW has some great employees!

I had an extremely positive interaction with the staff. They were very nice and knowledgeable and I ordered a replacement part for my leer topper.
