This is one of my favorite locations for banking with Chase. I like how one could access the lobby with ones card after hours and how drive thru is available. In Comparison, to other Chase Banks in the Inland Empire, I feel safe at this location.

It's a bank. Nothing fancy. Clean with air conditioning. The staff is pretty friendly. Wait times are a bit longer than I expected.

They have 4 ATMs. The 2 on the east side of bldg are drive up. I use these, regularly (24/7). Also there are 2 ATMs inside the (locked) front door which are available 24/7. I haven't tried it yet, but i was shown by another customer that you use your ATM to gain entry to the secured lobby. So, YES, the ATMs are open, inside & out, 24/7 at Boulder Highland branch. Note, I tried to correct the hours/days for the ATMs but this feedback program doesn't know how to handle multiple issues. Really poorly written program code.
