The gentlemen working there were very professional and polite. They helped me as much as their job allowed them to, and I was able to get done with exactly what I went there for in good time I might add. They were very knowledgeable, and told me exactly what I needed for my situation. If I ever need help with that sort of thing again, I will definitely go there again and recommend to anyone who needs help to make an appointment and go there as well

Very nice ladies helped my friend there today. She had a problem using her Guardianship papers and they were so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. I really appreciated that because some of the workers in county offices aren't always so kind and understanding and expect you to know everything and seem not so willing to share. Thanks ladies!!

Hello, It depends on what you mean by filing a claim. If you mean that you wish to file a civil lawsuit against one or both individuals, you can copy/paste this address to see the California Judicial Branch's web page on the subject of how to decide where to initiate a civil matter: https://www.courts.ca.gov/9617.htm If you are referring to criminal liability, you would report this to law enforcement, who would then investigate, and if appropriate, refer the information they gather to the District Attorney. The California State Bar licenses attorneys in California, and they have a web page you may visit if you wish to report conduct you believe may have violated some ethical guideline you can visit here: https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Attorneys/Conduct-Discipline If you want to review the Rules of Professional Conduct in California, you can visit this page: https://www.calbar.ca.gov/Attorneys/Conduct-Discipline/Rules/Rules-of-Professional-Conduct/Current-Rules
Good Morning, Generally speaking, parties to a dispute may pursue civil litigation if they are unable to come to a decision amicably outside of the court.

At the actual court house, Not for personal use... only for court information, in the actual law library there are but I think for case use only...
