Purchased a pair of ugg slippers for my dad for Father’s Day. They arrived filthy and clearly worn. Decided to return them to this location who refused to return them and directed me to customer service for help. I will never again shop here again.

Excellent service thanks to Angelina, Becca, & Cory. Angelina helped me find shoes & was very helpful & patient. Becca & Cory helped me find my ring I left in the ladies restroom that was thankfully turned in.

I asked for a sample of perfume and was told hard NO because it's expensive to give samples to every customer, well, that is not what Nordstrom was about. They used to go above and beyond but not any more. The store lost its good customer service.

Nice environment. I only wish that in the beauty department they would put price tags on things for those of us who aren't rich and worry about budgeting 😅
