I had gotten two dogs fixed here before last year and the year before with $125 certificates with no hassle or issue whatsoever. However today when I asked approximately how long it would take to do two more dogs, I was told that “they don’t do dogs with the certificate, and haven’t done so in the past 5 years.” When I asked to speak to a manager and asked to look at the records of the dogs that I had taken, I was promptly hung up on and completely ignored when I tried calling back.
