Tim is amazing. My MacBook Pro had a bad SSD and he replaced it quickly and easily. When I messed up the install with a user error, he fixed it and got me back on my feet again. TCRS circuit saved my life!!! When apple wanted $900 to repair my laptop, I thought all was lost. Found TCRS circuit and they had my laptop in and out in a week ish. Also took care of some other things wrong with the laptop to make sure it was running as well as possible, and whoever I spoke with on the phone was honestly the nicest guy ever I wanted to take him out for a drink just for being so cool. You guys rock thank you again!!! Update - These guys still ROCK. Can't recommend enough!!!

I had some of the best experience with Tim assisting in a complete Microsoft meltdown. He instructed me in a perfect word by word tutorial through online communication. Normally it is very hard to be assisted in this manner because of the fact no one issue is the same. He provided me a diagnostic as well and how I can fix the problem. His patience, attentiveness and response was absolutely phenomenal. The point of the matter is he is not a neurosurgeon and technology fails, I can closely resemble him to a miracle worker in the fact his step by step assistance really did help me in more ways than I can write, especially because my computer that had a meltdown was my work desktop. Very thankful for his service and feedback and he is my absolute “Go To” for all technology related issues!
