Not sure about guinea pigs but it was $60 for cats as of a year ago.
I know for a fact they do treat rats. Not sure about the pricing for the procedure, but the vets are very reasonable.
You will need a tech appointment. You will also need to establish your pet as a patient. Cost is very reasonable.
