Do not order for delivery— it takes 2+ hours even when the app says it’s our for delivery

I have been eating here for many years. Recently, 8 chicken wings have become 6, and the price has increased. The cheese on the pizza is so bad. I have used low-grade cheese, more than 3 times, and will not go again.

Worst dominos delivery service. The store is 8 mins away from my workplace but certain days I can’t leave mid work shift to get food so I get it delivered. Everytime it says my food is out for delivery I don’t receive the food until about 40 mins later and everytime I get my food it’s cold. I don’t know what the drivers are doing or the kitchen. Terrible

Questions & Answers

Why don’t they use hand sanitizer or glove

Hi Maro, great question and thanks for asking. We follow both the national and local guidelines for safe handling of food. Food that is to be cooked can be handled by clean washed hands. Food that is ready to eat, such as salads, or pizzas after baking, cannot be touched by hands. So for “post bake” we use utensils and tools. We do have gloves available and can use them upon customer request, and there is hand sanitizer and antimicrobial hand soap at all our hand washing stations. Incidentally gloves and sanitizer are often misused and create a false sense of security. Food code states that hand sanitizer should be used in addition to hand washing, not instead of. And I’ve seen plenty of cashiers at local sandwich shops use their gloves to make my sandwich, then take money, then go back to food handling. The chef at a steak house or other closed kitchen is more than likely handling food with clean hands before baking, and then “hands off “ after cooking. TY again for asking :)
