Amazing service. While we couldn’t get our phone to actually work once the screen was repaired (which he advised us of before repair as well), he changed the screen back to the cracked screen we brought in, and we weren’t charged. He was very honest from the beginning as well as incredibly knowledgeable and quick. Even though I didn’t complete the repair, I will still come back to this business for any future repairs and recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you!!!

POOR SERVICE!!!!! I showed up 5 minutes before close on Tues night of this week to replace the screen on my daughters iPhone. I was told to "come back tomorrow because we close at 6." You have an open sign in the window and the door is unlocked. What happened to customer service? Maybe your sign should say "open but we quit working at 530." I know it only takes a few screws and a few minutes to change a screen. Thanks for nothing!
