Yes,there is an elevator next to Starbucks that takes you down to cinema floor lever. Starbucks is right above the cinema,across the way from Barnes&Noble in the shopping plaza.

I'm pretty sure there is and remember the best way to get tickets for the downtown Centre is to go to there website and pre buy them. You get assigned seats and the best ones for the good movies go early. Go to the movie experience dot-com

You can get this information online or better yet buy the tickets online and you won't need to worry about not getting the seats you want.
