I have to interact with them on a daily basis as a VR Counselor. I enjoy working with the employment team over there at KYC- they have managed to get all of my customers employed. Big kudos to the staff over there (Frank, Tom, Ravi and Gary). Unfortunately social service agencies always have some folks who disagree with the way they provide services and that is why KYC might have some low reviews, but based on my own clinical opinion, I feel that they provide quality customer service for the most vulenible population I would definitely recommend Kenneth Young.

I had filed a elder neglect case with the state and they forwarded the case to Kenneth Young Center Kenneth Young Center has not responded to my five phone calls to them and also they are not investigating it at all this center needs to be shut down because they are not doing what they say they are

My daughter has been diagnosed with depression and a few other things. She was set you through KYC and given a therapist to speak to. We have not heard from her in over a month. When she first made contact she sent me the appointment dates and times which were every Thursday then she calls me on Monday saying she is calling for her appointment. Then I mentioned to her that her prescription was running out and she said there was a 30 day wait time to get in touch with the doctor to give her more meds. This place is an absolute joke. When my daughter was released from the hospital it took them 2 days to get in contact with KYC just to release her. And before some says please call us and we want to help No you have my name and you can find me and contact me!
