I came to this shop with the intent of adding a backup camera and Apple Carplay to my vehicle. I started this process back in January of 22. Initially, when I got my car back, everything seemed fine. In less than a month, the camera stopped working. I was told the wires overheated and to bring the car back. I have spent the last 8 months in and out of this shop. They tried different cameras and different wires but ultimately nothing remained working for long. I would absolutely accept and respect them if they said "we can't do the job" vs. having us spend so much time trying to get this to work. I ultimately told them they need to think of a fair offer to return some of my money because I was fed up. I presented the $150+ I have spent in Ubers shuttling myself back and forth to be considered. This doesn't even include my husbands Ubers or the times we were together. For a job that I paid $1500 for, I was offered $600 back (this included my inconvenience with the Ubers). My plan was to start over with a different shop. I offered to return the Apple Carplay device but, I was told it was soldered onto my radio. Low and behold it is not (see pictures). It was plugged in and removable. I attempted to contact them many times, but they are ignoring me now. Additionally, I came to learn what a poor quality job was done on my vehicle for the installation. I had exposed wiring everywhere (see pictures), lots of clips on the interior are broken and they drilled a nice big hole behind my license plate. I would not recommend this shop. I would strongly caution against it. They talk a good game and make it seem as if they are knowledgeable but the work on the car shows otherwise.

Have brought two cars here and they always take care of you! They did a great job on my complete audio installation as well as subwoofer installation 9’ both my Infiniti Q50 and RAM truck. They even dropped me off back at home while I waited for the job to complete! Great customer service and audio installation! Will come back with my 3rd car whenever I get it!
