I made an appointment and was told I had to give 24 hours notice if I needed to reschedule, but when I got here, there was a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed. I got no warning, and neither did the other 3 people who showed up at the same time. They also don’t have their own phone number so when I tried to reschedule, I couldn’t get ahold of that office, just the customer service automated messages.

The actual building has all the suites with indoor entrances. I parked in the front (street-facing) parking area. Enter at the double glass doors and that will take you to the main, 2-story atrium-type lobby area. All the suites have access from the inside. The fingerprinting suite was first level on the left side of the wall (if entering from the street-facing doors). The sign says "Fingerprinting," so you shouldn't have trouble finding it. This fingerprinting location was super fast, friendly, and offered digital fingerprinting (no nasty ink on your fingers). Be ready to have your picture taken and, of course, make sure you have your official, valid ID with you. You will need to pay right there, and they do accept credit/debit cards. If you submit the code, for whichever state or government agency you are needing them for, when you make your appt. online, they will submit them directly to them. It was super easy and convenient!
