It was fine. The hallways are not air conditioned and the room stayed warm even though the air was set to 61. Worst of all, the pool was closed while we were there because there was glass in it. The pool was the whole reason we booked this hotel. Trying to keep kids busy with no outlet for energy sucked.

My family had previously stayed here and enjoyed it. This stay, they did not provide anything beyond a fitted sheet and a top sheet for the foldout couch. When we asked for a comforter and pillows, the staff proceeded to tell us to “Leave or go back to your room and be quiet.” Additionally, the bathroom reeked of weed. This is certainly the worst stay at a Comfort Suites we have ever had.

The staff was courteous. Unfortunately we booked double rooms on the second night. My mother experienced the toilet not working. Maintenance did try to fix the issue, but it was not working the last two days of the stay she had to use are restroom during that time.. We had 4 individuals in our room. My mom had her own room. And they could not give her another room because one was not available. 😒 disappointed.

It was nice, clean and warm, when we arrived in from the cold and snow. We had a really good last couple hours last night, watching looney tunes, and laughing to our heart's content. We are leaving this morning for home, in Hutchinson, KS. We are hoping to have an uneventful drive home without any major stops, except to get gas, and to get there sometime this evening. Thank you for your time and effort to make our stay comfortable. Please keep it up!! Thank you so much!!
