Slower than molasses, prioritize online ordering instead of customers walking in to order…. Waited 30 minutes for two drinks

Very poor customer service ! Online ordered 2 drinks at 12:48 my pick up time was 1:08 I arrived on time . Waited till 1:22 to have 6 people walk in and get there drinks before me . When I asked how long it would be she said they are very busy . But I don’t understand how since all the walk in got there drinks before I did well I sat there waiting. I asked for a refund and took another 10 minutes to be able to get the refund. Now no drink late to work and a very unhappy Customer. Will now longer go to this location

I’m really bothered by my interaction at this store today. I ordered two drinks and both tasted like pure milk with some sweetener, no coffee flavor at all. This location is so inconsistent with how they make their drinks, so I went up the counter to ask if they could please remake them. If I am spending ~$5 on a single drink, I would really like for it to be made correctly. I told the barista that the latte tasted like pure milk and she responded with “Well, it’s a latte so of course it tastes like milk”. I know what a latte is and I don’t need to be talked down to by a girl my own age. If I wanted a glass of milk, I wouldn’t have driven and spent $5 for it. The girl continued to glare at me and when she gave me my new drink she didn’t even look at me. On top of that, it was not at all busy in the store. I left feeling really disrespected, frankly. I don’t know why it’s so hard to treat a patron with respect, I wouldn’t have come back and complained if I didn’t think it was valid.

Five stars because if you’re coming to Starbucks you already won know it’s going to be expensive to know it’s going to be good. And if you come to Starbucks complaining about the price then don’t come LOL. Inside is clean and nice and the staff handle the crowd well Update. Change to three star because there is no caramel in my caramel macchiato. You failed me Starbucks I paid extra for a coffee that wasn’t made right. Shame on you lol
