I love Jacks food but was upset and shocked at what transpired. I ordered 2 steak salads to go. When they brought them out I saw through the container they had about a fourth of it filled. The paper bag that they were put in most likely weighed more. When we started to eat them and added the dressing we noticed we had about 3 croutons and very little cranberries and onion. It was a rip off. $30, for a couple of spinach and 3 strips of steak! Absolutely not acceptable.

When i ordered food to dine in, it was good. However, when I ordered delivery next time, i was disappointed.

Jack's reminds me of my college days at the dining hall, but the food is better. My go-to is the build-a-salad with added tri-tip; it is always a winner! My daughter ate chicken strips with no complaints.

I had a BBQ brisket sandwich. It was alright. The BBQ sauce and fried onions overpowered everything else and it reminded me of a Carl's Jr western bacon cheeseburger. Brisket had no flavor. Don't waste $15 on it, try something else.
