I always came here for my oil changes and even recently my inspection on my Mustang .Although I found it odd that my reggaeton station was switched to some nonsense I would never listen to that was just a laugh to myself and nothing more . However , when I needed to get air in my tire and have it looked at the Friday before Labor Day , imagine my surprise when I drove up to see they closed early . I was about to drive off when I noticed that there was two employees that completely ignored me . I called to see if they’re open since I myself was off early so I assumed they were too . I was told by a very friendly customer service rep that they are open actually … yet no one even bothered to come out . I get wanting to leave early before a holiday but if I get a client call right before I’m logging off then I don’t just ignore that call . Thankfully I was able to go around the corner to discount tire for assistance(it took about 2 minutes to add air to my tire since apparently it was weather related ). I don’t accept unprofessional customer service from anyone , especially when I regularly have used a company’s service so I’ll just go elsewhere and hope that no one else experiences the same treatment .
