There are plenty of Tiffany’s locations so go elsewhere. They tried to sell me a necklace that was broken and every copy they had was also poorly constructed with the same issue. So I looked for something else and shopped a few times. While shopping for a necklace for my wife Amanda was attentive and responsive, but the moment I had bought it and few other things the entire staff and her fell off the face of the earth. Once they have your money you are irrelevant. I spent a total of 20 mins in the shop over three visits, and established I’d continue to get things for my dear every so often. The necklace was defaced and stained but they said nothing and did nothing. They ignored every email and call. Do not shop here. This is a simply a retail mill.

If I could give this location negative stars I would gladly, I have made several purchases from various different Tiffany’s and most recently made a purchase at a different location. Unfortunately the item came to my attention a few days later with the box destroyed, I opened the box and the ring was damaged. I spoke to customer service the day I received the box in hand and they informed me that I could go to any location and they would assist me. I went to this location and immediately the employee “Valerie” began to interrogate me ask me questions about if I was taking pictures of the box what day I received what time, I received it how I received it. I felt as if I was being interrogated for some crime. I proceeded to inform this person that, I had spoken to customer service and I showed her the phone call and told her that you can look up your records if you need to and unfortunately the customer service representative didn’t take any notes and I didn’t know that it was my responsibility to tell them to take notes. I asked for the managers name she told me the manager was busy multiple times and I left the store in tears crying because I’ve never felt so disrespected by a brand.

I saw some amazing pearl earrings I wanted to get for mothers day for my mother. When I went in they quickly made me feel unwelcome as no one even came up to greet me. I had to go up to a woman just standing at the entrance for help. I told her I wanted these pearl earrings and she stayed silent the enter time. They really didn't believe I wasn't gonna by anything and everyone just kept on staring at me. I was dressed more appropriately even especially after coming out of a college lecture class. I wish she was more welcoming and helpful. If she actually showed me different pearl earrings I would have paid more as I saw different sizes and even talked to a lady over the phone ahead of time. But it was her loss and I just paid around 300 for my earrings. She also seemed very shocked to know I'd actually buy something. This is why I like couch and Micheal Kors so much, they are welcoming and that makes me want to spend more. I just wish I had a better experience.
