Terrible service, we had a big party and was asked to pre order 3 or 4 dishes. We did not realize that is what we would be served the whole time. They never just kept bringing the same 4 items over and over. Never giving us the opportunity to order other items. If we weren't so distracted with one anothers company, it would of been a bigger deal. The waiters also paid almost no attention to us. My wife was constantly trying to get their attention to order new items, but it seemed as we were in the black hole of service near the bar.

We live this place and come all the time. The service is usually really on point and the food is great. The secret is to let the best person at grilling do all the cooking.

According to their facebook page, they have opened today (1/17/2018).
There were 4 in our group, and one waited outside to smoke. They seated the 3 of us without issue. Most of the seating is in a booth style, 4-6 per table, so I don't think they'd care one way or the other.
They will take you but you may have an 1 1/2-2hr wait maybe more

I agree. Although the wait time is often less than anticipated due to people dropping off the list. Last time we were told 1hr 15min wait for dinner, but were seated in half hour.
Gen Korean BBQ does not accept reservations. Show up now, there's a free table or two :]
It would be cooked already due to liability. You get sick at home because meat isn't cooked well, they will be liable to what had happened to you.

Yes we had a party of six. We wore our masks till food was served. No problems. Great food!

I don't work there either, but I would be very surprised if they did not charge the higher price. They always charge a higher price if there is an excuse to do so.

It depends what you consider "kids" if your talking 22 then yes but I believe kids are quite a bit cheaper, maximum age? I'm not sure better call
I was told the only take reservations for large groups otherwise it's wait up to an hour for dinner. Lunch is no problem

All locations are different. Call and check about reservations. They only allow the bill to be split into payment for two credit cards.

Minimum 24 hrs in advance for parties with 10 or more. Anything less than 10 people they won't.
