My boyfriend bought me a ring here I love it. The ladies are all so helpful. One of them told him that I could come in and get a cleaning every 6 months without him being there as long as I had his info. Well when I brought it in because one of the diamonds fell off they took it. I wasn't given a receipt. When they called to tell me to pick it up, there was man asking for it. I told him I wasn't given a receipt. He continues to ask me as if I was lying about it. I told him 3 times I wasn't given one! Finally he walked away and one of the ladies saw the receipt was not given to me! And gives me my ring. The man did not apologize for lecturing me about having to have a receipt in front of the whole store. He wasted my time instead of seeing if they had it. I understand the importance of it, but he should have been trying to help me out not keep asking me where is it!
