People that work there are good, although finding someone at the register when you’re ready is hit or miss. That’s not so bad, though. The economy is still meh and staffing is tough. What drives me crazy is that their pet food shelves are half empty but their aisles are constantly blocked with “overstock,” making it difficult to impossible to navigate their carts through the store.

Existential Crisis Dog

This Petco location is kind of gross. The fish tanks look clean but if you look closely they always have dead or dying fish in multiple tanks, and not just a few. On more than one occasion I've looked at their Betta fish cups to find a disgusting amount of dead fish, some of which in very cloudy water as if the dead fish have been floating in the cups unchecked for days. I can only assume they don't get fed, if the employees aren't even taking care of the dead ones. The store as a whole is grungy. The only saving grace is that I can usually find what I need and the employees seem to be helpful enough...but perhaps they are understaffed, as the fish department especially could use better management. I can't give this store any more than a 1 star rating, as seeing dead animals every time I go in there is inexcusable.

I dropped off my 2 siberian husky's to Michele and when I picked them up they looked gorgeous. She did such an amazing job. Ther fur was like silk. I was so happy with the service she did on my pups. She is so friendly and explains everything you need to know before they start. Will definitely bring my huskies again to her.
