My mother and sister lived there for over 10 years and whenever they would get a letter from their main office in Portland,OR the office here in Auburn would never comply.For instance my mom got a letter from the Portland office saying my mom could have a live in care giver,but the office here would never ok it. Also another lady got a letter saying she could have a 2 bedroom and the office here would never ok it till she got an attorney against them. Also once the office here lost their Bank of America drop bag with all the rent checks from their other complex in Lincoln.Luckily I found it one evening and turned it in to the Auburn police otherwise who knows what would have happened.
