My wife called and Made appointment to bid on furniture with Marley. My wife waited and waited. She never showed never called. She called them asking for explanation spoke with someone possibly Michael, but didn’t get his name. He was very rude, very poor communication nothing resolved. He did say, he would contact Marley , call back and if Marley can’t he has another person in the store that will come out. My wife waited and waited, no body ever called. After days later I called and spoke with Michael the manager he was very rude and raised his voice. He made an excuse that she couldn’t make the appointment. What was confusing about this, was the fact that when my wife called, he told her, “if Marley can’t come to look at your furniture I have someone else that I can send.”But when I called,he said he didn’t have anyone else. Nevertheless, my point is, Michael as a manager, should have taken responsibility, and call the customer who took time for the appointment. This is VERY Unprofessional! Think twice before going to the Bench Commission! The service is terrible!
