We've been eating at cafe Rio for years at another location a bit further away, and then this one opened which is easier to get to, but I have to draw the line somewhere. This location has consistently provided absolutely terrible quality and service. Dry, hard rice, brown wilted lettuce, smaller and smaller portions and dry bland barbacoa. Just no love in it whatsoever. Order online and arrive on time only to wait 10-15 mins in the parking lot waiting completely defeating the point of online ordering. I could have gone through their drive through in that time. I understand we have inflation and prices are going to go up, but now the compounding effect of higher prices, consistently awful quality, and slow service makes this a no-go for my family anymore. The family is sad, to say the least, but it was a unanimous decision. Just one time too many.

Sorry to give 1 start but on some level this just can't pass to have more. Just got my take out this was going to be my 2nd bite 😪 For a chain restaurant this stuff shouldn't happen. Come on guys it's 2022 we know that this can't happen.

I moved from a bad Cafe Rio to a worse one. How do you mess up a taco? Tortilla was burnt. Only had chicken and a little cheese. I added and was charged for extra cheese and jalapenos. Not great and cant even get through to a manager. Never again.
