These young kids give attitude. Mess up your order on purpose. I ordered only large fry asked for cook to order I got hard fries that were obviously re cooked. Inside the store the kiosk didn't work the young worker came to help me. He couldn't fix the issues and got an attitude cause he had to ring me up.. I don't like going to this Mc Donald's 😕 but when in fenton and it's only one. What do you do.. so I limit myself and only purchase drinks and fries and they still get it wrong on either purpose or pure stupidity. 🙃. Managers have been great on the resolvement but the workers make you just go to arbys or jersey Mike's

I had only cash so I could not use the kiosk. Even though it was 4:30 p.m. and they were not busy at all I received lots of attitude. The manager McKenna should not be working in food service and even rolled her eyes at me several times. I guess this is what happens when you are fully staffed with teenagers. Worst service ever!!

This one of the best Macdonald’s I have been at and the bathrooms are very nice. If was very fast the nice lady at register. Over very new and nice McDonald.

Running this place in the ground. Getting worse and worse. Now they’re even rude. I can get my ordered messed up and get treated like garbage at the same time. Smart remarks are unnecessary. Drive thru girl was pretty nasty to my wife for no reason. We will just avoid this place now.
