This place has gone downhill fast. I’ve sold off and on for years here and never have seen more than 2 employees working at a time. Before I was almost guaranteed my buy being finished in a timely manner or at least same day and was told by past employees it was required they finish every buy each day. The last few times I’ve sold here I’ve been told no time frame just “end of day” or “the next morning” I used to manage a Plato’s closet, to me this is just unacceptable. You’re no more short staffed or busy than I’ve seen in previous years. The payouts have become a joke as well. It’s no wonder Plato’s and uptown are busier and more popular.
