I've never had a worse bank before this one. I'm all the time waking up to a negative account that shouldn't be. I got charged an overdraft fee because they said my card was negative on a Friday and it wasn't,it wasn't negative all that weekend. Then Monday comes and I get charged $37 even though my account wasn't negative. Customer service is a JOKE! they don't help at all. Half the time I can't even transfer money from savings to checking cause it won't work. I can't wait to close my account.

Not handicapped accessable. Front door has steps. Side (handicapped) entry has 2 doors that cannot be opened from a wheelchair. One must sit outside, bang on the door and, today, was answered rudely, "We are busy with other customers!" …Hi Mary, I apologize that your experience did not meet the level of service we strive for at Fifth Third.
