No. They do not. Training in this department must not exist. I feel bad for the citizens who will be paying higher taxes to pay for all the police mistakes.

Yes. They will arrest you just for existing in public. Of course you will win in court and get a big payday, but you will still "take the ride" as dirty cops like these say.
