Rooms were clean and nice. No clerk at hotel except 9 thru 2 during the day. No extra lock on the door. Train runs beside hotel. Wasn't impressed at all.

I'd give it negative stars if possible. No one at the motel to check you in after 3pm. They sent me an email to tell me that a room key would be in a lock box located in the office. This email was supposed to tell me the box number and the code to open the box for the key. They left that info blank so I had no key nor room. I used their direct dial phone to get help with this and got sent to voice-mail. Basically they left me stranded for a room but had already charged my credit card. Terrible.

Shady..place. housekeeping or someone was in our room two day in a row and went thru our stuff. We waited 20 min to check in. Over the phone. Weird... Bathroom was so small u can't sit on the toilet. Ants in bathroom bad well as a hole in the wall the size of a rat.....

I lived here for about 4 months. After I was in a house fire. In December 2018 The cleanest place ever. I loved it there. Except Sunday the trains hit the area hard. But it won't bother u to much. Good weekly rates and extended stay. I recommend this to everyone over the fancy hotels. I payed 287 a week but it was home for me till i got an apartment . The staff is really nice and professional. The best staff I've ever met at any hotel was this one. Thanks residential Inn for taking me in after a house fire.
