Alpine location is great. They are friendly and the food iss prepared correctly. Avoid the Plainfield location where staff is rude and chicken is undercooked

Ordered a medium roast beef sandwich meal with a fountain lemonade through the drive-through. The guy had to ask me again what I ordered. And they STILL got my order wrong. Gave me a completely different sandwich and gave me water instead of lemonade. I drove all the way back to which a woman (who looked like a manager) said to me rudely "well it's probably because we are out of lemonade" Okay..so why are you serving it then? Absolutely ridiculous. I love Arby's but will NEVER return to this one.

Absolute trash service when I ordered through Uber Eats. Placed an order around 9:20-9:30pm. Order went through the driver was clearly at Arby's waited damn near an hour to have the order canceled with absolutely zero communication from Arby's.
