My first visit to Napa auto parts was the best experience in any store in a long time. I had a vehicle battery issue, I believe it was Tim who went above and beyond to bring battery to me in parking lot so I wouldn't have to shut engine off, especially being my chihuahua was with me in air conditioning. I was already late for work though only took maybe 10 minutes total. I paid online they emailed it was ready for pick up and having my truck on a battery tender overnight was enough to start it and get to Napa store on Power Inn Rd, Sacramento California about 3 miles from my house. I really appreciate the kindness they all showed with the few/many calls I made lol 😆, trying to figure out the best battery to get and easiest way to get my chihuahua and I to work. Next day same experience took battery core back, the gentleman retrieved battery from bed of my truck after the paperwork was finished. Great experience for me, I appreciate kindness and that they are, very kind and helpful. Tim if I got your name wrong I apologize, you brought battery out to my truck on a dolly after I called stating I was afraid it won't start if I shut off, you put battery in back seat next to my dog's crate, I do thank you and appreciate you very much. We actually spoke on phone later or next day about the extra charge on my card pending, although a little unusual you were correct it would match reciept after it's actually taken out of account. You know who you are and I am truly sorry been really busy, I normally remember names of nice helpful staff, but lately I am having trouble remembering what day it is working almost 70 hours a week and pushing 60 myself. Please forgive me, I will be back my new go to for parts. I Had a bad experience with auto mone so been looking for something close, my cousin an older retired ish master mechanic swears by Napa, his son used to race cars I believe you may have been a sponsor of his, not quite sure how that works. Thank you Napa/Tim and all staff for the pleasant, excellent service 👏 😊😃. Bjg

When all the other auto parts stores don’t have what I need these guys either have it or they can get it. I wish the store was a little closer to my house otherwise I would Soli do business here. The parts professionals really know what they’re talking about and they’re very helpful
