I went there got zero help in fact the old guy made me feel like he just didn't want me there & if I could give -☆☆☆☆ I would Asked if they had any pre owned trailers he said no even though I know they did bcuz I called & talked 2 some1 the day b4 about their pre owned trailers on their web site that's y I was there I asked about the price on a camper he stated "it won't fit ur truck" I told him he was being rude & if he knows whether I own another vehicle, he just stared at me so I said I wouldn't b back & he said good Apparently they didn't want 2 make a sale after all & I definitely felt some prejudice

Is this actually a business? I couldn’t be sure considering that I want to buy a trailer but was refused to be shown anything or given any information about the products they had. I was interested in an RV, inquired over the phone, then went in to see it in person. I heard the price incorrectly over the phone, and the initial trailer was out of my price range so I asked about the other rvs available, was told they had nothing else available? There were plenty of rvs on the lot. I asked about a trailer instead, was told my giant truck would be unable to haul it. Seems strange that they had NOTHING to sell me. I think the old white man helping me was being prejudice. I’m hurt and appalled at his actions. I’m definitely not everyone’s type but I do my best to be polite and understanding. I informed him he was being rude and that I’m no longer interested in buying something. From his business. He said “Good.”, how embarrassingly rude of him. I would not be proud to be related to this man. If anyone knows someone that has a decent RV for 20k (in cash) or under let me know! I’m a serious buyer looking to purchase soon.

Took our motorhome for service, purchased from Camping world and they had bad reviews on their sight and we had bought a trailer from here a few years back! The service department here is HORRIBLE!!! The lady is overwhelmed with work and doesn’t stay on task! Our motorhome needs a pump and it has been three weeks and we are still waiting for her to just call our insurance to see if it is covered! We called and it is covered no problem!!! (Don’t understand why she is having a problem), I told her to just order it we have to have it!!!! We have missed out on the birth of our grandchild and the Fourth of July travel events!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE, THIS PLACE IS NOT ABLE TO HELP YOU!!!!
