Bad food the chicken was literally a patty like off of a hamburger the coating got soggy slid of sauce just thrown on top super bland bread not even cooked couldve just bought a loaf at the store butter packets in bag i thought it would at least be garlic butter nope just packets thrown in a bag absolutely horrible!

Delicious food and generous portions. The interior needs updating but it's kinda charming in its own way. This restaurant has been around for a long time for a reason! Its not fancy, it's just good home cooked italian food without the high price and fuss from other places. The food is just as good as Luigis but better priced! Can't go wrong with Rosas.

Great authentic Italian food! It's been in Kern county about 50 years at the same location. Excellent management, great customer service ! A fine dining experience!!
It's best to call in your order. When you go to pick it up, enter via the South patio door and they will ring you up and hand you your order. If the order is not done, they will bring it out to your car.
