A friend threw a bday party for his 11 year old there and it was great. Shaded picnic tables, clean bathrooms and even had a lifeguard on duty.

The last weekday for Recreation swim is 8/15. Recreation Swim is available on Saturday's through 9/1

It's for the public but you do need to pay an entrance fee of $5 for recreation swim times.
